A one-of-a-kind place where every detail was handmade. This restored 1800s farmhouse sleeps 16 and sits on a hilltop surrounded by blueberry fields, forest trails, and open skies.

The space
The farmhouse is spacious, cozy, and designed for group gatherings. It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, and a backyard patio with a grill and seating for a fire pit. The property also includes a detached game barn (the Rumpus Room) with ping pong, pool, and hot tub access—plus trails, blueberry rows, and views for days.

Note: The farmhouse shares the property with the nearby Schoolhouse, which may be booked separately. While both homes have their own private interiors, some outdoor spaces—like the driveway, trails, and Rumpus Room—may be shared during overlapping stays. Guests looking for full privacy are encouraged to inquire about booking both properties together.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire farmhouse and the Rumpus Room game barn. The outdoor fire pit, trails, porch, grill, and blueberry fields are also included. Parking is available for 6+ vehicles on-site. The Schoolhouse next door is occasionally booked separately.

Other things to note
From late June through early September, guests are welcome to pick blueberries during their stay, right on the property. If you’re planning a retreat, celebration, or would like to bundle the Farmhouse and Schoolhouse together, please message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. This is a peaceful property; we kindly request that you treat it with care and respect.
