The space
Safety:
The entire property is checked for safety before each guest arrives and is thoroughly cleaned. Icy conditions may exist. Please use snow shovels and pet friendly ice salt as needed for your safety. Note any safety or cleanliness issues upon entry and notify us so that we may take care of it immediately. A visual inventory of items and how rooms should look is provided in each room for your convenience. Please report any anomalies upon entry within 15 min. of checking in.
This is a family home and members have allergies to cats. We rent it out during the days of the month we are not here. A member will be in and out of the office downstairs. Absolutely NO cats for our health reasons.

Captain's Quarters:
Master bedroom & Bath king-size Purple-3 mattress, personal office area, 65" Smart TV, black-out curtains and white noise machine

Crew Quarters:
2 bedrooms with queen Beauty Rest matresses and Smart TV in all bedrooms, black out curtains and white noise machines

Galley:
Family size kitchen with everything needed to cook, extends to Porch with bistro seating. Extra folding table and chairs can be provided for additional seating.

Main Deck:
Living Room has 55" Smart TV, Surround Sound and Fireplace, high quality pull-out bed for ye Stowaways. Foosball, pool table and board games. Dare Ye open the pirate treasure? Beware!

Bathrooms:
2 full (tub and rain shower) heated towel racks, body wash, shampoo/conditioner

Crows Nest:
The stairwell has a ship bell and unique art with views down 3 streets for Pirate Lookout! YarHar Mateys!

Guest access
Main and upper floor. Basement is our office and we are sometimes on property.

Other things to note
Early check-in available upon request at $25/hr. Up to 3 hours in advance possible. Inquire with host.

Ring Security cameras outside.

Owner office in basement with separate entrance. On property at times but not in your space. You have full privacy.

No cats or exotics
