Ring recording security cameras outside front & both sides, Includes free WiFi, plenty of work space, washer and dryer, due to allergies we don't provide laundry detergent, TV, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, toaster, iron, hangers, hairdryer, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, paper towel, fresh linens, pillows for each guest, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart (PLEASE DO NOT OVER LOADTHE BEACH CART), Smoke detector, carbon monoxide, security cameras outside front, Home is a short, one block walk to the beach in a quite neighborhood , *SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL* to the neighbors (NO LOUD Music or PARTIES) no (LARGE GATHERINGS) and (NO PETS) Must be 25 years or older to rent and one of the guests stayed at the house!
