Bella Blú Guest Cottage is the main cottage unit with a second unit (Bella Petite) in the back of the property. The design ensures your privacy where there are no shared spaces. Park your car in your designated parking space, enter under the arbor to your private front porch. Step inside to an open floor plan living area, fully stocked kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Curated with original artwork, eclectic furnishings, beautiful cedar wood floors, window trim and doors.

Bella Blu’s neighborhood is slowly transitioning. With original residences in small, run-down homes whose elderly people are very respectful and quiet. But also—new, fine Beaufort-style construction with families and retirees.
