The space
Master bedroom en-suite , kitchen & living room are located upstairs for optimal view. Living room & kitchen are open concept - looking over national wildlife preserve .
Numorous Beach access's are down the road & across the street .
Guest access
Private putting green, heated swimming pool, outdoor hot shower & hot tub. Private putting green to warm up for the next 18-hole game. Yard game for all age groups & firepit for chilly nights.
Pool table, indoor bar, golf cart rental available ( sunshine golfcart @ Micco ) to enjoy evening rides to Sebastian Inlet or Vero Beach Disney for breakfast and cocktails. No garage access for guests – this is for maintenance personnel only.
Guest is responsible for safety & good behavior of their company, kids , pets. Host accepts no liability.
Other things to note
Common sense will apply - nothing more.
OCCUPANTS: No more than the registered number of people may occupy the premises at any time unless prior written consent has been obtained from the landlord.
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking, no vaping (not any kind, not even medical weed) in the home, near any doors or windows, around or in the pool, on balconies, and also no smoking on putting green. The fee for breaking that rule is $500-.
CLEANING: The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. Due to the pandemic, our cleaning personnel will need extra time to sanitize all surfaces, mattresses, pillows, etc. The rental cleaning fee includes the laundry service for the towels and linens. The tenant will take out their own trash & put away clean dishes. The house will generally be picked up, ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected and laundered.
The property has been cleaned in accordance with WHO and CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting standards.
Anybody with a dog is REQUIRED to clean up the dog poop or be charged a fee.
POOL & HOT TUB: Tenant acknowledges and is fully aware that the pool & hot tub can be dangerous and slippery. Injury can be caused by careless acts. The undersigned tenant and their visitors accept and assume all risks involved or related to the use of pool & hot tub.
Also any excessive use that will cause more than reasonable power or water use will be billed to quest.
The home does have balconies, staircases, a pool & other areas that the renter must be mindful of.
The owner of this property will not be liable for any accidents or carelessness by the tenant, their guests, children, or pets, etc.
Guests have no cause or right to alter with internet settings/smoke alarms, etc. This will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund issued for unused days.
Returning from the beach, please rinse sand off under the poolside outdoor shower or with the water hose.
Please NO wet dogs on carpeted areas. When you are absent/leaving your dog home alone, please have the dog crated. ( create provided at property)
Please NO wet towels or swimsuits on bedroom carpets or furniture.
No food or drinks on the pool table or in bedrooms.
Guests with children are responsible for their safety and their good conduct.
Guests with pets are responsible for their behavior, safety, and picking up after them.
Since there is a lot of wildlife here, please keep the doors shut or you will have guests (mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, geckos, armadillos, frogs, lizards, and more). We are located in a wildlife preserve with lot of wildlife around and this is Florida.
Be aware of no-seeums. They bite like mosquitoes, as name describes..... you can't really see them & they will fit thru window screens.
There are outdoor cameras clearly marked & visible to monitor the entrance & exits for your & our safety.
Any service calls paid during stay due to guest negligence is liable to guest. (Plumber & electrician, etc). Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins, diapers,disposable wipes or paper towels in the toilet. No cooking grease in garbage disposal!
If using the BBQ or firepit, you are responsible for the safety of the property and occupants, as well as for extinguishing the fire after use. Guests are not permitted to leave fire unattended at any point and must always have a firehose out & ready. Firewood not provided.
PROPERTY INSURANCE: Landlord and Tenant shall each be responsible to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interest in premises.
Once guests check in & spend the night, no refunds will be issued. Nor will we take responsibility for cold winds that may cause the water to be colder than the guest would prefer.
Late check out fee is $50.00 for every 30 minutes after the check-out time.
It is recommended that vacation or travel insurance is obtained by Tenant. Host will not issue a refund past cancellation date.
