Beaches & Dreams on 30A is a quaint and cozy beach house, one-half mile to Blue Mountain beach access.
This home is ideal for families, couples and friends that want close proximity to one of 30A's most beautiful beaches, amenities including a great community pool, walking distance to restaurants and shopping - yet a bit of distance from the noise and chaos that oftentimes come with a highly sought-after beach town.

On Family Visits: Children are always warmly welcomed at Beaches & Dreams, however we must advise all parents that there are no child proof mechanisms in the home. If you need special accommodation, just let us know prior to your visit.

Not to miss! The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, a gated community, features a large gated and secured community pool with covered cabana, a fitness center that overlooks the pool, a shuffleboard court, putting green and picnic/gazebo/grilling areas.
The neighborhood has many great features including gated security, pedestrian and bike friendly pathways and a warm, laid-back atmosphere.

You will be provided a code to enter the gates, we use both a Ring camera and a keyless smart door lock - making entry and exit a snap.
Don't forget the beach! Public beach access with restrooms and parking is a short (0.5 mile) golf cart ride, drive or stroll away.
Other things to note
🚧 Important Update: The community pool will be closed for resurfacing December 1–20, 2025. It will reopen in time for the holidays. All other amenities remain open and available.
What sets Beaches & Dreams apart from other vacation rentals? Well...we don't need to dull others sparkle for us to shine. There are many amazing properties in and around 30A. That said, we are roughly a half-mile to all the glory that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer (much within easy walking distance) while being securely tucked away (gated entrance) from noise, distraction, excessive partying. Upon exiting our private community - turn left to explore Seaside, Grayton, Panama City or hang a right to visit our own Gulf Place, then Destin.
Staying laid back and super local? Great choice! Your options are near endless, with many easily accessible by our 6-seater golf cart (street legal, of course!). Olaf is our awesome LSV (golf cart)! We’re happy to share Olaf with our guests, but to stay in line with local rules and insurance requirements, we do ask for two quick things before you take him for a spin:
1. A photo of a valid driver’s license (confirm age)
2. Proof of auto insurance
You’ll also need to fill out a short waiver form—we’ll send you everything you need after booking. It’s quick and easy, and just helps us make sure everyone stays safe and covered. Thanks for understanding!
