Guest access
At Atlantic Palms, our guests are granted unrestricted access to the home and it's amenities with the exception of the garage.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.

🚫PARTIES & EVENTS
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, Atlantic Palms strictly prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local regulations require quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please note that excessive noise or disturbances may lead to the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. A Noise Detector is installed to monitor decibel levels and will alert the hosts if noise exceeds acceptable limits as outlined by local bylaws. We kindly ask that you keep indoor noise at a reasonable level and ensure doors remain closed when playing music. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere.
🛁HOT TUB
Our relaxing hot tub is heated and professionally maintained.
For the safety and well-being of all guests, jumping or diving is prohibited in the Hot Tub. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the Hot Tub to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.
Atlantic Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any Hot Tub related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the Hot Tub.
🚫DRUGS
At Atlantic Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

Pets are not permitted at Atlantic Palms.
🚨SECURITY
For the safety and security of all guests, Atlantic Palms is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door facing outward, as well as a spotlight illuminating the back patio. A smart lock is installed for keyless entry, and each guest receives a unique access code that is automatically deleted upon checkout. Tampering with or obstructing security cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
🚬SMOKING
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the ash trays to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

🦎TROPICAL OASIS = BUGS & CRITTERS
Florida's sub-tropical climate is one of its biggest draws, with warm temperatures and high humidity creating the perfect environment for an abundance of fascinating creatures. At Atlantic Palms, you may encounter insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that call this area home. It's not uncommon to spot an iguana or two outside around the residence, but don't worry, this is perfectly normal for Florida!
✅TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked.
Please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests are expected to follow our house rules and procedures as outlined above.
Your unique code for the front door will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.
