Lots of hiking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding & sightseeing opportunities nearby. 100yds from Truckee River & Bike Trail.

We’re within walking distance of dining & drinks @ the River Ranch or enjoy Breakfast & Lunch @ the Crest Cafe.

The space
Our condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfy! We just finished remodeling the Great Room with new kitchen, slab granite counters, new flooring, cabinets and appliances! There's lots of space inside (about 1300 square feet). You'll love the view from the deck and hot tub! You'll see the Sierras during the day and the stars at night!

With 3 Bedrooms...you can sleep 9 people. (Effective 1/1/20, maximum adults is 8 per Placer County regulations). With 8 adults/children, you can have 1 additional child under 16 for a total of 9 occupants.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed plus a full size futon.
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: Log Bunk Bed w Queen on bottom, twin xl on top & twin under the bunk that can be pulled out onto the floor.

WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A GREAT TIME AT TAHOE BUT BEFORE YOU RESERVE THIS PROPERTY, PLEASE BE SURE YOU’RE OK WITH THE RULES (most of these rules, apply to ALL short term rentals at Lake Tahoe):

Our county has recently passed new regulations for ALL short term rentals:

1). Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down).

2). We have parking in our complex for 2 cars. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street.if you have more than 2 cars, please ask for options.

3). No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals.

4). Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property.

5). Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals. This condo has an ELECTRIC BBQ on our deck.

6). Sorry our HOA doesn’t allow pets.

You'll have access to a great outdoor pool in the summertime. The Hot Tub is on our deck & it’s available year round.

Other things to note
We’re in the Sierras & it’s cooler than in the valley. Like most places at Lake Tahoe, we don’t have Air Conditioning. We have some portable fans, ceiling fans & it always cools down at night when you open the windows.

We have WiFi. It is the top tier internet service that is available in our area. It is high speed but probably not as high speed as what is available in metropolitan areas. Many of our guests work remotely from the condo and it seems adequate.

We're within 100 yards of the Truckee River and within walking distance of the River Ranch Lodge for fine dining and a nice patio restaurant / bar which overlooks the Truckee River.

Across the street is the Crest Café which has great Breakfast & Lunch specials. They can even pack you a lunch for your day's outing.

We are about 1.5 miles from Squaw Valley Park (near the entrance to Olympic Valley). This is a great place for enjoy the our doors plus it has free parking. It's an easy bike ride or drive from our condo. There's a soccer / LaCrosse field, playground equipment, restrooms & pickleball courts.
