The space

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, both floors, kitchen, and living rooms. Including the small outdoor space for laundry and parking area in front of the house same as neighbors.
Other things to note
– Complimentary breakfast and one chef’s-choice dish per day (lunch or dinner). Free Wi-Fi and Netflix provided.
Breakfast is served from 08:00–10:00. Please advise us in advance of any allergies or dietary needs.
– Airport pickup and simple local rides may be arranged when time permits.
These are not formal tours, but friendly, optional assistance.
– Quiet hours begin at 22:00.
No parties or loud noise, please. The house is located in a small, peaceful village of about 20 homes, with many senior residents.
– No pets inside the house.
If you are travelling with a pet, an animal hostel is available 300 m away.
– Long stays are welcome, but subleasing is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are not allowed after 18:00.
– Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
Suggestion
The house features a minimalist design and compact layout, ideal for guests who travel light. The space may feel cozy for some, but it appeals to those who appreciate simplicity and calm living.
The house is next to a small garden, so occasional encounters with birds, squirrels, frogs, or tiny insects are part of the natural surroundings. We conduct regular cleaning and pest control, though nature may still appear from time to time. Guests who enjoy authenticity often find this charming.
During Your Stay
If you notice any issues (e.g., a light not working), please inform us within 24 hours of check-in so we can address it promptly.
After this period, we will consider the property’s condition to be satisfactory and accepted.
