We are committed to providing our guests an enjoyable high quality Adelaide Hills experience.
Our accommodation is like a ‘home away from home’ yet only 30 minutes up the South Eastern freeway. It has modern styling amongst a peaceful & tranquil country setting, with everything you need for a great stay.

Enjoy full kitchen facilities with large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. You have access to your own laundry including 9kg washing machine and dryer.

1. Quality wifi - we have installed a secure high speed quality wifi network within the guesthouse.
2. A spotlessly clean environment - We give the guesthouse a thorough 3-4 hour deep clean after EVERY guest departs. (Includes touch points such as door handles, light switches, remotes etc).
3. A big SMART TV - We have a brand new 65” with FREE unlimited NETFLIX movies. Simple one button access to movies (no annoying logins & passwords). Alternatively if you want to go ‘old school’, select one of our DVD movies. We have a large selection to suit all tastes.
The detached guest house is close by at the rear of the home and is fully self contained with private gate entrance. The courtyard is all yours during your stay.
We have quality beds and mattresses (getting rave reviews) plus have hypo allergenic quilts with electric blankets for any chilly nights. Comfy pillows & even freshly ironed linen!

WHAT TO EXPECT - the guesthouse has modern styling yet retains some of those old fashioned things we all like to do when on holiday.
Our reading books are hand selected to create conversations and talking points. We have interesting titles that will appeal to both men & women across a multitude of topics.
At sunset spin the love seat in the driveway around towards the paddock next door to watch the Shetland ponies or cows. Of course you will need a champagne and cheese platter ready.
We offer country hospitality where you are welcome and valued. If you are looking for privacy, we ensure this is a priority.
Most of all - we want to be a destination with plenty of local activities where time slows down for our guests.

Attending a wedding or event? - We are a fantastic option as we host people most weekends attending functions in the Adelaide Hills.(shuttle service is also handy).

This guest house is suitable for people seeking a quiet environment. Parties are not allowed and only booked guests are welcome on the property at night (unless prior approval is given from host). The guesthouse is located in close proximity to neighbouring properties and the host's private residence. Please be considerate by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm. Guests found to be making undue noise or having a party will be evicted immediately.
People with early stage dementia, or acquired brain injury etc would benefit from the low stimulus surroundings which includes dimmable lighting & access to tranquil backyard. (Safety grab rails in shower/bathroom - no wheelchair access). Compassionate host has caring experience with above medical conditions.
