Welcome to the recently upgraded Block Island Sterling House Main Apt. Charming home only 6 minutes walk from ferry & town. Brand new first floor kitchen, private deck, half bath and first floor laundry. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The fenced in back yard has a large outdoor shower and big play space. All spaces have A/C! Towels, sheets, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. This home is part of a larger house that sleeps 12, owner may be present. Please ask any questions!

The space
BEAUTIFUL VIEWS to north and east. This lovely home has a fenced in backyard for privacy. There is a large side yard and new deck right off the kitchen for easy outdoor dining. Owner provides linens, some basic paper goods, beach towels, and some chairs.
3 bedrooms: 2 with queens, 1 with 2 twins.
1 full bath with tub/shower upstairs, 1 half bath downstairs, 1 AWESOME outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
While I will allow 1 dog, I do require a discussion before hand.

Guest access
The Sterling House Main Apartment is a self-contained living space (the original home before addition) in a larger home. There is a brand new kitchen and living/dining space, 1.5 baths, laundry and outdoor grill. The owner lives in a separate apartment and there is another private rental room with separate entrance on the opposite side of the house from the Main Apartment. You have full use of the backyard and a brand new patio out front with a spectacular view.

The house is in a neighborhood with other single family dwellings, but is very close to town, the Bellevue House, the Atlantic Inn, and the Block Island Health Store. The neighborhood is quiet and includes some summer rentals and some year round residences. Respect for neighbors is requested.
The outdoor space is a great addition as is the outdoor shower with hot water!
