Enjoy this beautifully remodeled house on the hill overlooking Crested Butte Mountain Resort. With stunning views throughout, this completely redone home is sure to make any visit to Crested Butte memorable. Situated on beautiful property dotted with aspens, the abundance of space both inside and out allow our guests to unwind and make this stunning house their home. Located on the Fresh Tracks Shuttle Route, get easy and free shuttles to both the Resort and downtown right from the driveway.

The space
Welcome to Paradise.

Pulling in you have plenty of room to park 2 oversized vehicles with 2 more spaces in the large 2 bay garage. The garage enters into a heated mudroom with plenty of space to put any gear you might use on your CB adventures. This mudroom leads into the downstairs Rec Room with an oversized smart tv, couch and chairs, fooseball table , and laundry room with large washer and dryer.

A walk from the front driveway leads to the main entrance which opens into the living area, a beautiful open room centered around a completely new, fully stocked kitchen, with a long quartz bar and barstools. Equipped with appliances like a slow cooker, and a full set of chef's tools , feel at home to cook meals for a large group or the discriminate chef.

Across the kitchen is a sitting area with couch and chairs, and a separate sitting area in front of the modern gas fireplace. A large smart tv overlooks the room.

The dining area is also located off the kitchen with a dining table and place settings for 8. The room is surrounded by large windows that overlook both the deck with an outdoor propane grill and Mt. Crested Butte Resort.

A hall leads out of the kitchen, passing a beautiful common bathroom with full bath and shower, a bedroom on the left, and the Master bedroom on the right. The Master has a king bed, a large ensuite bathroom, and its own smart tv, while the left side bedroom has a dedicated workspace as well as 2 twin bunks. The hall turns a corner and a flight of stairs leads to the second floor living area and a shared full bathroom. There is a 3rd large bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds on one end and down the hall a 4th bedroom with a queen bed.

This home is surrounded by wildflowers in the summer, with beautiful mountain views. And in winter watch the bustle of the ski resort from the comfort of your living room.
