Welcome to Paradise Condos! This 4 bedroom 4 full bath condo is a 2 min walk to the West Wall Lift, has great views, a single car garage, and easy access to public transportation and the ski resort. Enjoy everything Crested Butte has to offer from our spacious home.

The space
As you walk into the condo, you will find a small mudroom leading into our modern condo with a ski closet to store your ski gear right outside the front door. The mudroom enters into the fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and utensils you need to make a delicious meal. Just beyond the kitchen, you have a farmhouse style dining area with table and 2 benches that seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools to sit at the bar top. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable living space with a couch and two chairs. Adding nice ambiance to the unit, youll enjoy the gas fireplace and the brand-new huge smart TV. To the left of the kitchen youll find 2 bedrooms . The downstairs Master has a King Bed , smart TV, en suite bathroom, and a large window/sliding door that opens to the deck to enjoy the amazing views. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed with a smart TV and all with quality bedding. This bedroom has a full bath right outside the door,that the downstairs share. There is a wonderful deck outside the living room with fabulous views along with seating for you to enjoy! Upstairs from the living room, youll find a large loft space that has chairs and space to relax. From there, you will find the other 2 bedrooms in the unit. The upper, back bedroom has two twin beds with a smart TV, and a bathroom right outside the door. The second upstairs master bedroom has two twin beds and En Suite Full Bath. There is a washer and dryer for laundry located next to the kitchen on the main level. You can enjoy the community hot tub right outside your building door. It is open the entire ski season and will remain open through the summer and into September. The free shuttle loops to the Resort Base Area Transit Center, a two min walk to ticketing and lifts. From here you can get on a town shuttle that will bring you down to Crested Butte with stops on Elk Ave and the grocery store, before looping back to the Transit Center. You don’t need your car!
